Account & Data Deletion via Email

If you would like to permanently delete your Hockeytastic account and all associated off-ice training data, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Hockeytastic app on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and retrieve your 8-character Support ID.
  4. Email us at hello@hockeytastic.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Support ID.

Important: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all cloud-synced stats and roster data will be permanently wiped. We will process your request within 14 days.

Account & Data Deletion via App

To delete your account and all associated data directly using the Hockeytastic app, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Hockeytastic app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and tap on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts.

Note: The deletion takes 7 days. You can log in at any time during this period to cancel the deletion automatically.
