1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Hockeytastic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Physical Activity & Liability Disclaimer

Hockeytastic provides off-ice training drills and cognitive exercises. Engaging in physical training involves an inherent risk of injury. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities at your own risk. Hockeytastic Ltd and its creators are not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or health issues that may arise from performing the drills provided by the app. Always ensure your training environment is safe and clear of hazards.

Hockeytastic is a training tool, not a medical device or physical therapy program. The drills provided do not constitute professional medical advice. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or high-intensity cognitive training program.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Hockeytastic offers premium auto-renewing subscriptions (Pro and Elite tiers) available on a monthly or annual basis. Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the Hockeytastic app does not cancel your subscription.
• Annual Subscriptions & Refunds: If you cancel an annual subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current 12-month billing cycle. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time. Because transactions are managed entirely by Apple and Google, we cannot issue refunds directly; any refund requests must be submitted to the respective app store.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or abuse the Hockeytastic API, leaderboards, or Coach Portal. Accounts found to be artificially inflating scores or violating the spirit of fair competition may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Hockeytastic app, including but not limited to the audio cues, visual drills, logos, app design, and the "Chaos Mode" concept, are the exclusive property of Hockeytastic Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application without our express written consent.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hockeytastic Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the application, your violation of these Terms, or any physical injury or property damage sustained while using the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
